Strength and cardio machines
Strength and cardio machines let you work out at home without a gym membership. You’ll find weight benches, pull-up stations with dip bars, exercise bikes, treadmills including walking treadmills, rowing machines, steppers and vibration plates. Some of the machines fold away after your workout, so they fit even in a smaller flat.
Strength and cardio machines
For strength training, there are weight benches and pull-up stations. You can set the backrest of the folding benches to seven or eight positions, and the sturdiest bench holds up to 350 kg according to the manufacturer. The stations with a pull-up bar and dip bars are made for pull-ups, dips and leg raises. There’s also a multi-purpose machine for abs, back and arms, an abs and glutes machine and a wooden Pilates reformer.
For cardio, there are exercise bikes and treadmills. On the bikes, you set saddle height and resistance, up to 100 levels on magnetic models, and mini exercise bikes fit under your desk. The treadmills reach up to 10.5 km/h and a 15% incline, while folding walking treadmills suit a desk setup.
You can also choose rowing machines and steppers. The rowing machines offer 16 levels of magnetic resistance or water resistance, adjusted by the water level in the tank. Compact hydraulic steppers slide under the bed, and stair steppers have a handle for support. The vibration plates offer 99 intensity levels and five automatic programmes.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): we show offers that match the search term, including those with a small deviation or only a partial match. Their order depends most on how popular the offer is with customers. If you have accepted cookies, the next biggest factor is which categories and offer attributes you have viewed during your current visit. It also matters how popular the offer is for that search term, how closely it matches the term and how popular its category is for that term.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
