This adjustable training machine with a digital display combines abdominal exercises with arm pulls and glute presses. The upper bar, finished with two curved grips, can be positioned at two different angles of incline and five height positions, allowing the device to adapt to users of varying stature and training goals. A soft foam support for the elbows or head is located at the front under the bar and is positioned between two wide padded rollers that catch the forearms during pulling exercises. The lower part consists of a padded saddle bench with a rubber grip on the outside, to which spring expanders are attached leading down to pedals with shaped footrests. The maximum load is 200 kg, making the device suitable for more robust users and able to withstand intense repeated movement. The digital counter on the front of the machine continuously sums the number of repetitions, training time, calories burned, and current cadence in reps/min, helping the user to better gauge their workout intensity.

The machine offers several types of exercises in one frame that would otherwise require separate equipment – pulling motion for abdominal muscles, vertical press for glutes, and resistance for lower limbs. Thanks to the LCD display, the user can see during the workout how many repetitions they have completed and how many calories they have already burned, making it easier to track progress from day to day. Optional incline and five height levels of the bar allow training for both shorter women and taller men without needing to modify anything. The 200 kg load capacity ensures stability even during intense sets, when the entire body weight is transferred onto the device. The machine folds into a flat shape after use, so it does not take up space in the living room or in a smaller bedroom. It is suitable for home workouts, personal training with clients, and as a supplement to a traditional gym.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
