Lens hoods and caps
Lens hoods and caps protect your lens and camera from stray light, reflections, dust and scratches. You’ll find screw-in tulip, cylindrical, rectangular, vented and collapsible rubber hoods, universal silicone hoods, kits with a UV filter and lens cap, plus decorative hot shoe covers.

Screwed into the filter thread, lens hoods cut stray light and reflections and protect the front element. Choose from plastic tulip hoods, long metal cylindrical hoods or vented retro-style hoods to match a thread diameter from 37 to 82 mm. Rectangular aluminium hoods come with a step-up ring to 52 mm and a rubber cap.
For DSLR and mirrorless cameras there are collapsible rubber lens hoods with three positions that take up less room in your bag when folded. Universal silicone hoods fit lenses from 53 to 88 mm and also help when shooting through glass, such as a window or shopfront. The reversible bayonet hood is designed for selected telephoto lenses.
Protect the empty hot shoe with hot shoe covers shaped like decorative cat figures, which fit a standard hot shoe. Hot shoe spirit levels are also available to help you straighten the horizon. For complete lens protection there are kits with a tulip hood, UV filter and a lens cap with a cord.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): we show offers that match the search term, including those with a small deviation or only a partial match. Their order depends most on how popular the offer is with customers. If you have accepted cookies, the next biggest factor is which categories and offer attributes you have viewed during your current visit. It also matters how popular the offer is for that search term, how closely it matches the term and how popular its category is for that term.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
