4G/5G routers and hotspots
Internet over the mobile network without needing a fixed line — that's exactly what 4G/5G routers and hotspots offer. Just insert a SIM card and the device shares the connection over Wi-Fi to your laptop, phone and other devices. They suit the holiday home, the car, travelling and a backup connection at home. Here you'll find pocket battery hotspots, desktop LTE routers and more powerful 5G models with antennas. They differ in the supported network speed, battery life and number of connected devices. You can choose based on where and how often you'll need internet.
4G/5G routers and hotspots
An internet connection over the mobile network is valued where there's no fixed line, or when you need to be online while travelling. 4G/5G routers and hotspots just need a SIM card and in a moment they share Wi-Fi with your laptop, phone and TV. They're used by people at the holiday home and in the motorhome, by tradespeople on site and by households that want a backup connection in case of an outage.
The range covers several types. Pocket battery hotspots fit in your pocket and serve a few devices on the go, desktop LTE routers powered from the socket can handle a whole household. More powerful 5G models offer higher speeds and often connectors for an external antenna, which helps in places with a weaker signal. Into all of them you insert an operator's SIM card according to the data plan you need.
It's worth watching the supported network and the speed. 5G offers significantly higher speeds and lower latency than 4G/LTE, but it's worth checking the coverage at your location. On battery models, the battery life and the number of devices they can serve at once matter. Support for frequency bands is also important, so the router works with your operator's network.
When choosing, start from where and how often you'll need internet. For occasional use outdoors reach for a light battery hotspot, for a permanent connection at the holiday home or flat a desktop router with an antenna. Check the 5G coverage and choose a suitable data plan. A well-chosen router ensures reliable internet even where a fixed connection is missing and serves as a dependable backup when the main line goes down.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): we show offers that match the search term, including those with a small deviation or only a partial match. Their order depends most on how popular the offer is with customers. If you have accepted cookies, the next biggest factor is which categories and offer attributes you have viewed during your current visit. It also matters how popular the offer is for that search term, how closely it matches the term and how popular its category is for that term.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
