Massage and beauty tables
Tables and chairs for massage, beauty treatments, eyelash extensions or tattooing make work easier in a salon or studio and during home visits. Massage and beauty tables include folding massage tables with a face hole, a portable aluminium table and adjustable tables and chairs that move from a lying to a seated position. They differ in height, weight capacity, frame material and whether they are adjusted by hand or electrically.

Folding treatment tables for massage have a surface of around 185 × 60 cm and a wooden frame that can be carried or stored once folded. The leg height adjusts from roughly 58 to 88 cm to suit the therapist's height and the type of treatment. Upholstery in faux leather or PVC covers foam padding, and the head end has a face hole that takes pressure off the neck and makes breathing easier when lying face down.
The individual models differ in weight capacity and features. The table with a 150 kg capacity has eight height settings, while the model rated up to 250 kg also has an adjustable headrest. The beech wood table with a height of 64 to 88 cm comes with an armrest. Black and pink versions are available.
The portable table measuring 180 × 60 cm has an aluminium alloy frame and a height adjustable from 55 to 72 cm. It suits beauticians and massage therapists who work in several places or travel to clients. The folding adjustable chair measuring 182 × 60 × 61 cm, with a metal frame and PU surface, has a backrest that tilts by about 70°, a leg section that tilts by 45°, a face hole and a separate pillow.
Electric tables and chairs are adjusted by motors. The three-motor chair with a 190 × 77 cm surface smoothly changes its height from 60 to 80 cm and the angle of the back and leg sections, so the client can move from lying down to sitting up. The table with three modes, a hand controller, a headrest and armrests is used for eyelash extensions, tattooing or facial massage.
When choosing a massage or beauty table, the type of work is what matters most. A sturdy folding table with a high weight capacity suits full-body massage, a portable table suits mobile work, and an adjustable table or chair suits beauty treatments, lashes and tattoos. The working height should match the height of the person giving the treatment so they do not have to lean forward.
