Wi-Fi routers
The heart of every home and business network is the device that distributes internet from the provider to computers, phones and the smart home. WiFi routers broadcast the wireless signal, manage the connected devices and take care of network security. Here you'll find single-band and dual-band models, powerful gaming routers and mesh sets for large spaces. They differ in WiFi standard, speed, number of ports and range. You can choose based on the size of the flat or house, the number of devices and the speed of your connection.
Wi-Fi routers
The device that receives internet from the provider and distributes it around the flat or office forms the foundation of the whole network. WiFi routers handle the wireless connection of laptops, phones, TVs and the smart home and at the same time watch over security. They're valued by ordinary households as well as by gamers and the self-employed who need a stable, fast connection for several devices at once.
The wireless transmission standard is key. Wi-Fi 6 and newer handle many simultaneously connected devices better and offer higher speeds than the older Wi-Fi 5. By the number of bands, routers are divided into single-band, dual-band and tri-band — the second band at 5 GHz relieves the overloaded 2.4 GHz band and speeds up more demanding traffic such as streaming or gaming.
The difference also lies in coverage and features. For a smaller flat a single router is enough, for a larger house or several floors a mesh system suits, covering the whole space with signal without dead spots. It's worth watching the number and speed of the LAN ports, the presence of USB for sharing a drive and features such as parental control, a guest network or VPN. Management is made easier today by a mobile app.
When choosing, start from the speed of your plan, the size of the space and the number of connected devices. For a fast connection pick a router with suitable gigabit ports and a newer Wi-Fi standard, for a large house go for a mesh set. Also consider how many devices are usually connected at once and whether you'll make use of advanced security features. A well-chosen router ensures smooth internet throughout the home and prepares the network for growing demands.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): what counts is how well an offer matches the search term. Offers that match the term exactly appear at the top, followed by offers with a small deviation (for example a typo) and finally offers that only partly match it.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
