Rowing Machine with Water Resistance 22 L Tank Solid Wood Dimensions 175 x 46 x 83.5 cm Maximum Load 150 kg Brown For Cardio and Strength Training
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The rowing machine operates with water resistance, so the stroke and sound resemble rowing on water. The built-in 22-litre tank allows you to adjust the resistance according to the amount of water you pour in. The frame is made of solid wood and features an ergonomic seat, ensuring the machine withstands regular training while fitting seamlessly into your interior. The dimensions of 175 x 46 x 83.5 cm make it suitable for both flats and home gyms, with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. You can monitor your training progress on a professional display positioned in front of you.
Features:
- Water resistance with a 22 L tank — resistance increases with the pace of the stroke, mimicking rowing on water more accurately than mechanical systems.
- Resistance adjustment by water volume — you can pour more or less water into the tank depending on how challenging you want your workout to be.
- Solid wood frame — sturdy construction with a brown wood finish that resembles a piece of furniture.
- Dimensions 175 x 46 x 83.5 cm — the machine's dimensions in an assembled state, allowing you to check the space in your room beforehand.
- Maximum load 150 kg — this value indicates the maximum load the machine can handle during exercise, which should not be exceeded.
- Ergonomic seat — the shaped seat on the rail increases comfort even during longer workouts.
- Professional monitor — you have an overview of your training progress directly on the machine, so you can track your progress without holding your phone.
- Bottle holder — your drink remains within reach, and you do not have to interrupt your workout.
- Full body workout — one stroke engages legs, glutes, back, shoulders, and arms, covering multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
- Transport wheels — you can move the machine around the room without lifting the entire structure; simply tilt it and roll it to your desired location.
Before first use, place the machine on a flat surface, fill the tank with water according to the instructions, and check the straps on the footrests. Row smoothly, starting the stroke with pressure from your legs and then pulling the handle towards your body, keeping your back straight. It is advisable to start training with shorter intervals and gradually increase the duration. After exercising, wipe the machine with a dry cloth and allow it to dry.
Contents of the package:

The rowing machine is suitable for both flats and home gyms, where you want to cover both cardio and strength training with one machine. Rowing is one of the low-impact exercises on the joints, making it suitable for regular training several times a week. The water resistance with a 22 L tank provides a smooth stroke sensation, and the sound of water replaces the noise of mechanics. The solid wooden frame with a load capacity of 150 kg combines stability with an appearance that fits well in a living room. The machine is thus suitable for both beginners and advanced users looking for a full-body workout at home.
