Radios
Listening to music, the news or radio programmes is possible today thanks to modern radios, which differ in size, format and features. Desktop models offer stable sound and extra functions such as an alarm or timer, while portable radios allow listening on the move. Digital DAB+ receivers provide a clear signal and a wider choice of stations. Radios can thus be chosen according to portability, sound quality and additional options.
Radios
Modern radios offer various listening options and differ in design and features. Desktop radios combine quality speakers with extra functions, for example an alarm, timer or USB player. Portable radios, by contrast, are lightweight and ideal for travel, outdoor activities or the kitchen, running on both batteries and mains power. DAB+ radios ensure digital reception and clear sound, often with the option of saving favourite stations.
Sound quality depends on speaker output and the type of radio. Some models offer stereo output or the option to connect headphones. Features such as Bluetooth and AUX allow a radio to be used as an external speaker for mobile devices too, which increases its versatility.
Power supply and portability are also an important consideration. Small portable radios work independently of mains electricity, while desktop models provide stable performance at home. Some devices also allow control via a touchscreen or remote control, which increases ease of use.
The variety of features and types makes it possible to choose a radio precisely according to your needs – whether for everyday music listening, following the news or relaxing with your favourite stations. Knowing the differences between types and options makes the decision easier and ensures the chosen model is suitable for a particular use.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): what counts is how well an offer matches the search term. Offers that match the term exactly appear at the top, followed by offers with a small deviation (for example a typo) and finally offers that only partly match it.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
