Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, consumers based in the EU, the EEA, and the United Kingdom have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. This statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of business activity, i.e. to legal entities or self-employed individuals.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised directly with the seller from whom the product was purchased. In certain cases, Lunzo may provide support in communicating with the seller.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract with the seller, you may send a cancellation request to info@lunzo.ie. This is the fastest way to cancel your order. Alternatively, you may complete the sample withdrawal form below (also available in our Terms and Conditions), print it out, and send it by post to the address specified therein.

If it is possible to cancel the order before dispatch, the seller will inform you accordingly. If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait for delivery and then return the goods using our returns procedure. Please note: refusal to accept delivery is not considered a valid withdrawal from the contract. If you refuse delivery of the order, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, you are entitled to a refund of all payments made, including the basic delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, and excluding additional services such as a priority claim). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal is received.

The seller (or Lunzo on the seller’s behalf) will carry out the refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will ever be charged for the refund.

If we have requested that the goods be returned, we may withhold the refund until the seller has received the goods. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer is also responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

At the same time, the purchased goods must be sent back directly to the seller (or to the individual sellers if the order contained multiple items from different sellers) in order for the refund to be processed correctly.

How to initiate the return process: Please contact us at info@lunzo.ie – we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the goods to the relevant seller. It is always necessary to follow the seller’s instructions and the deadline for submitting the tracking number of the returned shipment. Otherwise, the right to a refund will lapse.

Do not send your products directly to Lunzo – this would delay both the cancellation and the refund.
