3D printers

A 3D printer turns a digital model into a real object — from functional and spare parts to figurines and decorations. Here you will find filament printers for everyday printing in plastic and resin models for fine detail, in open and enclosed versions. Choose according to the size of the build area, the required level of detail and the materials.

3D printers

3D printers build objects up layer by layer according to a digital model. They make it possible to produce a spare part, a prototype, a gaming figurine or a decoration without having to find them ready-made. They differ in printing technology, size, accuracy and the materials they can handle.

Filament printers lay down melted plastic from a spool (most often PLA, PETG, ABS or flexible TPU) and are the most widespread — they handle larger models and functional parts and are simple to operate. Resin printers cure liquid resin with light and offer considerably finer detail, which makes them suitable for miniatures, jewellery or dental models. Their use, however, requires ventilation, gloves and subsequent washing and post-curing of the prints.

Watch above all the size of the build area, which determines the largest possible model, then the speed, layer height and supported materials. A heated bed, automatic calibration, an enclosed chamber for more demanding plastics and connection via USB, SD card or Wi-Fi are practical.

When choosing, start from what you want to print and how large the models are, what level of detail you need and how much experience you have — a filament printer is more approachable to start with, a resin printer pays off for small, detailed prints. Also count on the price of material and accessories. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, ensure sufficient ventilation and place the printer out of reach of children.
