Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 February 2026

LUNZO s.r.o. and its wholly owned subsidiaries are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with us and to respecting the choices you make regarding the use of cookies.

For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, the terms “we” or “us” refer to LUNZO s.r.o.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (“cookies”) to distinguish you from other visitors. You can change your cookie settings at any time and tailor your preferences accordingly. More detailed instructions on managing cookies are set out below.

This Cookie Policy explains which types of cookies we use and for what purposes, and also describes how you can adjust your settings either via our cookie information and preference centre or through your web browser settings.

By visiting our website and allowing cookies to remain enabled in your browser, you consent to Lunzo’s use of cookies for the purposes described below, in order to provide you with a full and seamless shopping experience.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you visit them. Where cookies are not available, an anonymous identifier may be used instead – a randomly generated string of characters that serves the same function as a cookie. Only the website that created the cookie can access it.

Cookies make it easier for you to use websites – for example, they remember your login details, settings or the contents of your shopping basket. Thanks to cookies, websites such as Lunzo can offer you a shopping experience tailored to your needs.

The data stored in cookies is accessible exclusively to the website that set them and is limited to the information you have provided to that website.

Useful information about cookies can be found here: Cookies | Online Privacy and Digital Security

We use several categories of cookies on our website, each serving a specific purpose:

  • Strictly necessary cookies (“essential cookies”): These cookies are required for the website to function properly. They enable core features such as remaining logged in to secure areas of the website, using the shopping basket or receiving electronic invoices.

  • Analytics and performance cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website. They allow us to see how many people visit the site, which sections are most frequently accessed and how users navigate through the website. This information enables us to continuously improve the website and make it easier for you to find the information or products you are looking for.

  • Marketing and content personalisation cookies (“advertising cookies”): These cookies are used to build a profile of your browsing and search behaviour. Based on this information, we can tailor displayed offers or advertising to make them as relevant to you as possible. In some cases, personal data may also be collected and used for targeted advertising or shared with our partners for the same purpose.

  • Third-party cookies: These cookies are not set directly by Lunzo, but by our business partners. They may track your activity across different websites and sessions. These are typically persistent cookies, which remain on your device until you delete them yourself or until they expire according to the retention period set by the third party.

To help you navigate more easily, below you will find an overview of the cookies we use. Each entry includes information about who sets the cookie and the purpose for which it is used. Where an entity other than Lunzo is listed, this refers to our external partners who help us improve your user experience and shopping journey.

How long cookies are stored

Session (temporary) cookies

These cookies are stored only for the duration of your current visit to the website. If the browser remains inactive for a longer period, the cookies cease to function and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. They allow you to move between pages without having to log in again.

Persistent cookies

Unlike session cookies, persistent cookies remain stored even after the browser is closed. They allow settings and preferences to be retained so that they are available on your next visit. They are also used to collect data on website traffic, average time spent on a page, or to analyse shopping behaviour. This information is used to improve the functionality and content of the website.

Flash cookies (Local Shared Objects)

Some websites may also use so-called Flash cookies, which function in a similar way to standard cookies. These files can also store data from other cookies. As a result, even if you delete standard cookies, Flash cookies may remain stored and may contain previously saved information, allowing the website to recognise you again.

Cookie retention on Lunzo

Some persistent cookies remain stored in your browser for up to 12 months from the last use of our services. An exception applies to cookies used to remember privacy settings, which may be stored for up to 2 years. Other cookies are stored for a period of 12 months from the moment you give your consent to their use.

How to manage cookies

Website entry banner

When you visit the Lunzo website for the first time, a cookie banner will be displayed. By clicking “OK”, you consent to the use of cookies. If you wish to customise your settings, you can click “Show details” in the banner and choose which categories of cookies you wish to allow or reject.

Privacy settings

You make your cookie choices during your first visit to the website. If you decide to block certain categories, this may affect your browsing experience and the functionality of some services on our website.

Advertising cookies (AdChoices)

Advertising or targeted cookies are usually associated with features provided by external advertising partners. More detailed information can be found at www.youradchoices.com. Please note that opting out of targeted advertising on one device, browser or application does not automatically apply to all other environments.

Browser cookie settings

You can choose in your web browser whether to accept cookies from specific websites. If you decide to disable cookies on the Lunzo website, some features may not be available – this may affect the convenience of shopping and your ability to complete an order.

Without enabled cookies, you can browse our website but will not be able to log in or create an account. Cookies used on our website and in emails can be enabled or disabled either via the privacy settings management centre or directly in your browser settings. Instructions are usually available in the “Help”, “Tools” or “Options” menu. It is important to note that disabling a particular category of cookies does not automatically delete existing cookies – they will remain stored until you delete them manually.

Deleting cookies

You can stop the collection of data via analytics cookies at any time. If you delete cookies from your device, previously collected information may still be used, but no new data will be collected after deactivation.

Cookies can be deleted easily via the settings of your browser or mobile device. The specific procedure varies depending on the browser or device, so we recommend consulting the relevant help section or user guide.

You can also choose to block all cookies entirely or receive a notification each time a new cookie is stored on your device. In such cases, however, some features of the Lunzo website may not be fully available.
