How to check the status of your order:
- Check the shipping confirmation email. You will find the estimated delivery date there.
- If the usual delivery timeframe has already passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us at info@lunzo.ie.
Small tip: Before contacting us, try checking with your neighbours or your local post office. In some countries, it is common for parcels to be collected from a local collection point after being handed over to the local postal service.
I did not receive a shipping confirmation email
It is possible that your order has not yet been dispatched. If the expected dispatch date has already passed, please contact us at info@lunzo.ie, and we will check the current status.
Please also check your spam/junk folder. If you do not find our email there either, it is possible that an incorrect email address was entered during the purchase. In this case, please contact us at info@lunzo.ie, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Did you enter an incorrect or incomplete address?
For successful delivery, it is essential that the address is entered correctly and in full. If information is missing or an error occurs, the shipment may be delayed, returned to the sender, or even lost. If you discover that an incorrect address was provided, please follow these instructions:
- Contact us as soon as possible at info@lunzo.ie and provide the correct address. We will check whether it is still possible to make changes with the carrier.
- If the address was entered incorrectly and the shipment is lost, a refund cannot be requested.
- If you provided an address that is valid but does not belong to you, the shipment will be delivered there, and it is your responsibility to retrieve the goods.
- If the seller sends the goods again to the corrected address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. If re-dispatch is not possible, you will be refunded for the ordered goods.
