Tablets
Somewhere between a phone and a laptop sit tablets — touchscreen devices for reading, watching video, gaming and lighter work. Here you'll find models running Android, iPadOS and Windows, with diagonals of roughly 8 to 13 inches and varying storage capacity. They differ in processor performance, screen quality, battery life and in whether they support a stylus or the connection of a keyboard. You can choose depending on whether you're after a companion for entertainment, a study aid or a light work tool for travelling.
Tablets
A touch device that is larger than a phone but more compact than a laptop suits reading, browsing the web, watching films, video calls and drawing. Tablets are used by students for notes, by children for playing and learning and by people who want a light device for the sofa or for travel. Depending on size and features, they handle entertainment and part of office work.
The operating system plays an essential role. Android offers a wide range of price levels and openness, iPadOS on Apple devices stands out for its smoothness and long software support, while models with Windows come close to a full computer and run classic programs. Depending on the system, the available apps and the way you control the device differ.
It's worth paying attention to the technical specifications too. A larger diagonal and higher screen resolution are welcome for films and drawing, more memory and a faster processor handle more demanding games and more open apps. The capacity of the storage decides the number of games, photos and offline films; on some models you expand it with a memory card. Connectivity matters as well — a Wi-Fi-only version or one with mobile data for internet anywhere.
When choosing, start from what the tablet will mainly be used for. For films and reading, the mid-range with a good screen is enough, for gaming a more powerful model suits, for notes and drawing you'll appreciate stylus support, and for work the connection of a keyboard. Also consider battery life and weight if you'll carry the device often. A well-chosen tablet brings entertainment, communication and lighter work together in a single thin device.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): what counts is how well an offer matches the search term. Offers that match the term exactly appear at the top, followed by offers with a small deviation (for example a typo) and finally offers that only partly match it.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
