Before use, measure the length of the wick according to the height of the candle and add a few extra centimetres for securing and lighting. You can anchor the wick with a metal clip or wick holder, or simply tie it to a skewer laid across the edge of the container. After the wax has set, trim the wick to about 0.5 to 1 cm above the surface of the candle to ensure the flame burns steadily and evenly. Store the remaining roll in a dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight to keep the wax coating intact. Never leave a burning candle unattended and place it on a stable, non-flammable surface.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
