Melt the wax in a water bath or in a wax melting container, and always keep the heat under control. The melted wax is hot; therefore, work carefully and keep out of reach of children. It is advisable to have your own container for melting, as wax is difficult to remove from cookware. Store unused granules in a well-sealed container in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
