Before starting, prepare scissors and a ruler, which are not included in the package. If the wax feels hard to the touch, briefly warm it with a hairdryer to soften it and make it easier to roll. Roll the sheet evenly from one edge while firmly pressing the wick into the wax to maintain the candle's shape. For a conical shape, cut the sheet diagonally and roll along the diagonal. Small imperfections are part of handmade candles and add to their unique appearance. Store the finished candles in a dry place and out of direct sunlight to prevent the wax from deforming.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
