The ita bag is a small crossbody bag in Harajuku and Y2K style, allowing you to carry your favourite badges, pins, or small collectibles beautifully on display. It has compact dimensions of 21 x 16 x 6 cm, making it comfortable to wear over the shoulder or across the body without getting in the way. The outer part is made from lightweight nylon and the interior features a polyester lining. At the top of the bag are small cat ears that give it a cute appearance. The bag is soft, lightweight, and suitable for walks, school, shopping, and anime fan meet-ups.
On the front, there is a large transparent window measuring approximately 17 x 11 cm. Behind it, you can arrange badges, pins, photos, or small decorations according to your imagination, creating a unique bag. Included in the package is an insert for attaching badges to keep them in place behind the window. The main compartment closes with a zip and can accommodate a larger mobile phone, keys, a card wallet, headphones, or a small power bank. You can easily adjust the strap length to suit your figure, allowing the bag to hang at your side or higher up on your body. The nylon surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth for regular dirt and left to air dry. We recommend removing the badges from the bag before cleaning.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
