The fountain offers three operating modes. In sensor mode, the pump activates automatically when your pet approaches within approximately 1.5 m, conserving battery life. The timed mode releases water for 30 seconds every 20 minutes, encouraging regular drinking. The continuous mode is designed for operation when plugged into power. The pump operates at a noise level of around 20 dB, ensuring it won't disturb sleeping pets or startle shy cats. Water flows through a 5-stage filtration system, which helps capture impurities and keep the water fresh.

Maintenance is simple. The fountain can be disassembled into the tank, control module, and stainless steel tray, allowing you to easily wash each part, and the included brush helps clean narrow spaces. To maintain clean water, the manufacturer recommends changing the filter every 2 to 3 weeks. You can recharge the battery with the included USB-C cable, and the control module with buttons and indicators makes switching modes easy.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
