This wide self-adhesive sole tape in a roll measuring 10 cm x 5 m protects shoe soles from abrasion and improves their grip. It is made from 1 mm thick PEVA film with a textured non-slip surface. The width of 10 cm allows you to cover a larger part of the sole in one piece, such as the entire front or a wider heel without needing to join pieces. You can cut the tape with scissors to match the outline of the sole and apply it without additional glue. It is suitable for trainers, sports and casual footwear, as well as shoes with flat soles. You can also cut narrower strips for heels and toes from the wide roll as needed.
The back side is coated with an adhesive layer protected by a backing paper, so you simply need to cut the film, peel it off, and press it down. The material is resistant to wear and scratching and helps slow down the wear of soles during everyday use. The roll length of 5 m provides a large supply of material for protecting multiple pairs of shoes or for repeatedly replacing worn pieces. You can perform the shoe adjustment at home yourself with just a regular pair of scissors.

Before applying, thoroughly clean the sole of dust, dirt, and grease and allow it to dry completely. Trace the outline of the sole onto the tape, cut out the shape, peel off the backing paper, and firmly press the film from the centre to the edges. You can enhance adhesion by briefly warming it with a hairdryer. The tape adheres best to clean, flat, and smooth surfaces; adhesion may be lower on soles with deep or uneven patterns. Durability varies depending on the sole material, frequency of use, and the surface you walk on. The tape is designed for protection and better grip, it is not a waterproof layer. When the applied piece wears out over time, carefully peel it off, clean the sole again, and replace it with a new piece from the roll.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
