Wide self-adhesive tape in a roll measuring 10 x 100 cm protects shoe soles from abrasion and improves their grip. It is made from EVA material with a dense non-slip pattern across the surface. The width of 10 cm is sufficient to cover the front part of the sole beneath the toe as well as wide heels in one piece without needing to join. You measure the tape, cut it to the shape of the shoe, and stick it on. From one roll, you can create protection for several pairs of shoes.
The underside is equipped with a self-adhesive layer with a white protective film, allowing you to apply the tape without glue or tools. The adhered layer takes on the load instead of the original sole, helps prevent slipping on smooth surfaces, and dampens the sound of footsteps. The widest format is suitable for men's shoes, ankle boots, and anywhere you want to protect a larger area of the sole.
You can apply the tape to new shoes with smooth soles as well as to footwear that is already worn and needs protection against further abrasion. The width of 10 cm allows you to cut the entire shape of the front part of the sole from one piece, eliminating joints. The leftover material from the roll can be used for heels, for minor repairs of scuffed areas, or to protect another pair of shoes that you wear most often.

Before application, clean the sole from dirt and grease and let it dry. First, trace the shape onto paper and cut the tape according to the template. After peeling off the protective film, place the tape, align it, and press the entire surface firmly, especially at the edges. It is advisable to cut the tape slightly smaller than the outline of the sole to prevent the edges from overhanging. Store any unused remainder of the roll in a dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not peel off the protective film until the next use.
The 10 cm wide tape is a practical solution for protecting the entire sole, which you can manage at home without a repair shop. The non-slip pattern contributes to more secure walking on tiles, parquet, and wet pavements, while the layer of material dampens footsteps. You can adjust the shape with ordinary scissors according to the specific shoe. It is suitable for both men's and women's footwear with a larger sole area. The length of 100 cm is sufficient for repeated adjustments.
