At its core is an adjustable opener with a pair of prongs, whose range can be set from 13–58 mm. The watch is held securely in place by a holder with spring clamps, which accommodates cases with a diameter of up to 50 mm. The opener is designed for watches with a screw-back that has notches around the edge for the tool's prongs. The prongs are adjusted using a rotating wheel in the middle of the opener's body, making it easy to adapt to the size of the lid. Once the prongs are fitted into the notches, simply turn the opener counterclockwise and the lid will loosen. The watch holder features sliding jaws with a spring and a locking screw with a winged head, ensuring that the case does not slip or rotate while loosening the lid.

The process is simple and can be handled by a beginner. First, place the watch in the holder and tighten the screw so that the case sits securely without scratching. Then, adjust the prong range of the opener according to the notches on the lid, fit the opener, and carefully turn it counterclockwise. After removing the lid, use the tweezers to take out the old battery, insert a new one, and screw the lid back on in the same manner. The tweezers are also handy for handling small screws and seals. After using the tools, wipe them down and store them in a dry place to keep the prongs and the locking screw thread in good condition for as long as possible.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
