Communication buttons for dogs and cats will help you teach your pet how to let you know what it wants. The set includes 6 individual recording buttons on which you can record any words or short commands. Each button can store an audio recording of up to 30 seconds, allowing for longer words or entire short sentences. Your dog or cat can then press the button with its paw or nose, and the button will play the recorded sound. Voice buttons are a popular tool for patient training and for everyday play with your pet.
You can record words such as food, drink, outside, play, yes or no on the buttons. The recording can be deleted and re-recorded at any time, allowing you to gradually change the vocabulary of the buttons according to what your pet is currently learning. Each button operates independently and requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. The battery compartment on the underside is secured with a screw, and you will need a small Phillips screwdriver to open it. On the underside, you will also find a switch for recording and playback modes and a power switch. Thanks to the small size, the buttons can easily be moved from room to room or taken with you on trips.

When training, start with one or two buttons. Record a clear and short word on them, always press the button yourself when you use that word, and then immediately do what the word means. Your pet will associate the sound with the action. Gradually add more buttons once the first words are securely mastered. Place the buttons in locations that relate to their meanings, such as the word outside by the door and the word food by the bowl. Wipe the surface of the buttons with a dry cloth; the buttons are not waterproof. When not in use, switch them off.
The set of six voice buttons is a practical tool for owners who want to communicate more clearly with their dog or cat. You can record your own message on each button for up to 30 seconds and change it at any time. The buttons are made from a combination of materials plastic and stainless steel, and your pet can operate them with a simple press of its paw. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
