These plastic valve caps come in a pack of twenty and are a practical supply for households with multiple vehicles, for workshops, or for anyone who takes care of cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. Each cap features a rubber sealing ring inside, which, when screwed on, fits snugly onto the valve and covers its opening from dust, sand, and small debris from the road. The dimensions of each cap are 9.5 x 12.5 mm, making it unobtrusive on the wheel and not obstructive during pressure checks. The caps replace lost or broken original caps, and with the larger pack, they are sufficient for several vehicles at once. The remaining caps can be stored in the car or workshop as a reserve.
Each cap has a ribbed design on the side, making it easy to grip with your fingers and allowing for easy screwing on and off without tools, even while wearing gloves. The head of the cap is rounded and smooth. The lightweight plastic does not burden the valve, and the cap is fitted onto the thread just like a standard cap from the manufacturer. Before fitting, it is advisable to wipe the valve clean of dust and then screw the cap on by hand until it is tight; no excessive force is needed. When measuring pressure or inflating the tyre, simply unscrew the cap and replace it afterwards. Dirty caps can be rinsed in lukewarm water and left to dry. A larger pack is particularly worthwhile during seasonal tyre changes, when original caps are often lost, or when you want to have the same caps on all vehicles in the family.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
