Valve caps for tyres in a large pack of 100 pieces are suitable for tyre services, car workshops, and owners of multiple vehicles. Each cap is made of plastic with a chrome-plated finish, giving it a shiny silver appearance similar to metal. Inside, there is a rubber seal that protects the covered valve from dust, water, and air leakage. The hexagonal perimeter with a round head is comfortable to hold between fingers and can be tightened by hand. The caps are designed for standard Schrader type car valves.
One hundred identical pieces will last a long time and allow for simultaneous replacement of caps across the entire vehicle fleet. The height of the cap is 12 mm and the diameter is 9 mm, ensuring they fit neatly on the valve without disrupting the appearance of the wheel. Replacing them takes just a moment: unscrew the original cap, screw the new one onto the valve thread, and tighten it by hand. Before measuring pressure or inflating, it can be easily removed again and replaced after inflating. The glossy caps only need to be wiped occasionally with a damp cloth, preferably during regular wheel cleaning. Remaining pieces from the pack can be stored in a box in the workshop or in the car boot, so they are always on hand when a cap is lost. Before fitting, it is advisable to wipe the valve thread of dust and dirt to ensure the cap fits evenly and the seal adheres properly. If the valve thread is visibly damaged, it is recommended to have the valve checked at a tyre service first.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
