Before attaching, wipe the back of the phone or case dry and remove dust and grease to ensure the base adheres well. Position the holder approximately in the centre of the back of the mobile, where the phone is well balanced in the hand and where the flipped-out ring best supports it. The clear base and stones can be occasionally wiped with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Rotate and flip the ring only in its natural direction and do not bend it forcefully. If you are wirelessly charging your phone, be aware that the holder on the back may interfere with charging, so choose the placement accordingly. Always fold the ring down to the base before putting the mobile in your pocket or handbag to prevent it from catching on anything.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
