Before attaching the holder, clean the back of the phone or case from dust and grease and allow it to dry thoroughly. We recommend placing it roughly in the centre of the back of the mobile, where the phone is balanced in hand and where the flipped-out ring will reliably support it. The clear base and gems only need to be wiped occasionally with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Move the ring only as intended, and do not bend it forcefully. If you use wireless charging, keep in mind that the holder on the back of the mobile may interfere, and choose the position for attachment accordingly. Always fold the ring down before placing the phone in your pocket or handbag to prevent it from snagging and to keep the points of the star neatly aligned.

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
