Replacement is simple. Detach the original straps from the bra's loops and hook the new straps in their place, starting at the front near the cups and then at the back on the rear panel. Then adjust the length with the sliding buckle so that the bra holds well without the straps digging into your shoulders. After wearing, wipe the straps with a damp cloth or rinse them in lukewarm water and allow them to air dry. Do not wash them in the washing machine with other laundry, as the hooks could catch on other items of clothing. - We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
