Before attaching, clean the back of the phone or case and let it dry thoroughly to ensure the base adheres firmly. Position the holder roughly in the middle of the back of the phone, where the mobile is best balanced in your hand and where the flipped-out ring can safely support it. The transparent base and stones only need occasional wiping with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Rotate and flip out the ring only in its natural direction and do not pry it sideways. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
