The complete leveling system set includes 500 transparent clips, 100 red wedges, and leveling pliers, giving you everything you need for flat tile and wall covering installation without height differences between tiles. The clips create a joint width of 2 mm, a universal width for most standard tiles and coverings. Both clips and wedges are made of PP plastic; the clips break off after the adhesive has cured, and the wedges can be reused after cleaning. The package includes leveling pliers with a metal jaw and red handles, which apply equal pressure to the wedge at each clip. This set is suitable for tilers and for larger home renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, or hallways.

The clip is inserted with its foot under the edges of two adjacent tiles, and the wedge is placed into its opening. The pliers are applied to the clip, and by squeezing the handles, the wedge is pushed forward until the tiles are aligned at the same height. The clips are consumed, while the wedges can be removed and reused for subsequent rows after the adhesive has cured. This means that 500 clips along with 100 wedges will suffice for a larger area, where the wedges are gradually moved from the completed section onwards.

The transparent clips do not obscure the edges of the tiles, allowing you to see how the tiles fit together while working. The wedges are brightly coloured and can be easily spotted on the substrate even after the adhesive has cured. The pliers feature a screw with a wing nut and a spring on the top, which returns the handles after each squeeze, allowing for smooth transitions from one clip to the next. Pushing the wedges in by hand can be tiring with hundreds of clips; using the pliers makes the job quicker and ensures consistent pressure on the wedge every time.

Apply adhesive to the substrate, place the tile, and insert the feet of the clips under its edges, typically four per tile. Position the adjacent tile, insert the wedges into the clip openings, and tighten them with the pliers so that the jaw support rests on the tile. After the adhesive has set, approximately 24 hours later, knock off the top parts of the clips with a rubber mallet in the direction of the joint. Clean the wedges and pliers of adhesive and prepare for the next area.
