The complete leveling system set includes 500 transparent clips, 100 red wedges, and leveling pliers, so you have everything you need for flat laying of tiles and coverings without steps between tiles. The clips create a narrow joint of 1.5 mm, which is suitable for rectified tiles and coverings with straight edges. Both clips and wedges are made of PP plastic; the clips break off after the adhesive has cured, and the wedges can be reused after cleaning. The package includes leveling pliers with a metal jaw and red handles, which push the wedge with the same force at each clip. The set is suitable for tilers and for extensive home renovations of bathrooms, kitchens, or hallways.

The clip is inserted under the edges of two adjacent tiles, and the wedge is placed into its hole. The pliers are applied to the clip, and by squeezing the handles, the wedge is pushed forward until the tiles are aligned to the same height. The clips are consumed while the wedges can be pulled out after the adhesive has cured and used for the next rows. This means that 500 clips along with 100 wedges will be sufficient for a larger area, where the wedges are gradually moved from the finished part further.

The transparent clips do not cover the edges of the tiles, so you can see how the tiles fit together while working. The wedges are brightly coloured, making them easy to find on the substrate even after the adhesive has cured. The pliers have a screw with a wing nut and a spring on the top, which returns the handles after each squeeze, allowing you to smoothly transition from one clip to the next. Pushing the wedges in by hand is laborious with hundreds of clips; using the pliers makes the work quicker and the pressure on the wedge is always similar.

Apply adhesive to the substrate, lay the tile, and insert the bases of the clips under its edges, usually four per tile. Place the adjacent tile, insert the wedges into the clip holes, and tighten them with the pliers so that the jaw support rests on the tile. After the adhesive has set, approximately after 24 hours, knock off the upper parts of the clips with a rubber mallet in the direction of the joint. Clean the wedges and pliers of adhesive and prepare for the next area.
