Overview
Thermal Paste TD-M15 4 g in Syringe 12.4 W/m.K Non-Conductive Silicone Compound with Spatula for CPU GPU Laptops and PS5

The thermal paste TD-M15 in a 4 g syringe is designed for replacing the thermal interface material on processors, graphics cards, and other chips. The thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K ensures rapid heat transfer from the chip to the cooler and helps maintain lower temperatures even under prolonged load. The paste fills in small irregularities between the chip surface and the cooler base, where air gaps would otherwise remain. The 4 g packaging is suitable for home maintenance when you want to replace the paste in both computers and laptops while still having some reserve. The syringe allows for precise dosing without wastage.

The silicone paste contains no metallic particles, making it electrically non-conductive and eliminating the risk of short circuits if a small amount escapes outside the chip area. It does not cure, so you can install the cooler immediately after application and power on the computer. Thanks to its high viscosity, the paste spreads easily, stays in place, and according to the manufacturer, resists drying, cracking, and leaking. It can withstand temperatures from -50 to +250 °C and does not corrode metal surfaces of coolers. The manufacturer states that this packaging is sufficient for approximately one to five applications.

  • Model – TD-M15
  • Type – thermal paste
  • Thermal Conductivity – 12.4 W/m.K
  • Quantity – 4 g in syringe
  • Base – silicone without metallic particles
  • Electrical Conductivity – non-conductive
  • Operating Temperature – from -50 to +250 °C
  • Consistency – thick paste with high viscosity
  • Curing – not required
  • Paste Colour – grey
  • Usage – CPU, GPU, laptops, PS5, Xbox, chipsets, and LED modules
  • Contents – syringe with 4 g of thermal paste and a plastic spatula for spreading

When replacing, first remove the old paste from both the chip and the cooler and clean both surfaces. Apply a small pea-sized drop of paste to the centre of the processor and spread it into a thin, even layer using the spatula. Then attach the cooler and tighten it evenly in a cross pattern to ensure uniform pressure across the entire surface. Using more paste will not improve cooling; what matters is mainly a thin and even layer. Store the remaining paste in the syringe in a dry place and out of reach of children. When replacing paste in a laptop or console, it is advisable to also clean the fan and cooler fins of dust to allow warm air to escape freely.

The thermal paste TD-M15 in a 4 g syringe offers sufficient quantity for several paste replacements in home computers, laptops, and gaming consoles. The conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K helps reduce temperatures of the processor and graphics card, relieving the fans. The silicone base without metal is safe for electronics and suitable even for less experienced users. The included spatula makes it easier to spread the paste evenly. It is suitable for maintaining PCs, laptops, PS5, Xbox, and high-performance LED modules.
