Thermal paste TD-M15 in a 30 g tub is a practical supply for service centres, repair shops, and users who frequently change their paste. The thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K helps to quickly dissipate heat from processors and graphics chips to the cooler. The paste fills in tiny imperfections between the chip and the base of the cooler, displacing air, which conducts heat very poorly. The result is lower temperatures under load, more stable performance, and quieter fan operation. You can scoop out exactly as much paste as you need from the tub, which is especially useful for larger areas and when servicing multiple devices in succession.
The silicone paste is free from metallic particles and is electrically non-conductive, so it can be safely applied around chips with small components nearby. It does not require curing, and the device is ready for operation immediately after mounting the cooler. Its thick consistency with high viscosity spreads easily, and according to the manufacturer, the paste does not dry out, crack, or leak. It is non-corrosive and operates within a temperature range of -50 to +250 °C.

Before application, remove the old paste from both the chip and the cooler, and thoroughly clean both surfaces. Use the spatula to scoop a small amount of paste from the tub, apply it to the centre of the processor or graphics chip, and spread it into a thin, even layer. Place the cooler on top and secure it with even pressure. A layer that is too thick will not improve cooling, so only a small amount is necessary. Carefully close the tub after each use to prevent dust from entering the paste, and store it in a dry place out of reach of children. When servicing, it is also good to clean the fans and fins of the cooler, as accumulated dust obstructs airflow and increases temperatures.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
