Overview
Thermal Paste TD-M15 2 Tubes of 30 g 12.4 W/m.K Non-Conductive Silicone with 2 Spatulas for CPU GPU Laptop and Console Services

The package contains 2 tubes of 30 g of TD-M15 thermal paste, providing a sufficient supply for services, computer repairs, and technical workshops. The thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K ensures effective heat transfer from processors and graphics chips to the cooler. The paste fills microscopic imperfections between the chip and the cooler and replaces air gaps that conduct heat very poorly. As a result, temperatures decrease under load, and the computer, laptop, or console operates more stably and quietly. Two separate tubes are useful where the paste is used at multiple workstations or as a reserve that you open only after consuming the first tube.

The silicone paste does not contain metallic particles and is electrically non-conductive, so there is no risk of short circuiting during application, even with chips surrounded by small components. It does not require curing, allowing the device to be powered on immediately after installing the cooler. The thick consistency with high viscosity spreads easily, and according to the manufacturer, the paste resists drying, cracking, and leaking. It is non-corrosive and withstands temperatures from -50 to +250 °C.

  • Model – TD-M15
  • Type – thermal paste
  • Thermal Conductivity – 12.4 W/m.K
  • Quantity – 2 tubes of 30 g
  • Base – silicone without metallic particles
  • Electrical Conductivity – non-conductive
  • Operating Temperature – from -50 to +250 °C
  • Consistency – thick paste with high viscosity
  • Curing – not required
  • Paste Colour – grey
  • Usage – CPU, GPU, laptops, PS5, Xbox, chipsets, and LED modules
  • Contents – 2 tubes, each with 30 g of thermal paste, and 2 plastic spatulas

First, remove the old paste from both the chip and the cooler base and clean both surfaces. Use a spatula to take a small amount of paste, apply it to the centre of the processor or graphics chip, and spread it into a thin, even layer. Place the cooler on top and secure it with uniform pressure. A thicker layer of paste will not improve cooling; a small amount is sufficient. Always carefully close the opened tube after use to prevent dust from entering the paste, and store both tubes in a dry place out of reach of children. When servicing, it is also worthwhile to clean the fans and fins of the cooler, as dust restricts airflow and temperatures rise even with quality paste. Regular maintenance will extend the lifespan of the entire device.

Two tubes of TD-M15 thermal paste, each 30 g, are a cost-effective choice for services and workshops where computer and console cooling is addressed daily. Conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K helps maintain lower temperatures for the processor and graphics card during gaming and demanding tasks. Non-conductive silicone base is safe for electronics and does not require curing. Each tube comes with a spatula for easy application and spreading. The paste is suitable for desktop computers, laptops, PS5, Xbox, and LED modules.
