Overview
Thermal Paste TD-M15 1 g in Syringe 12.4 W/m.K Electrically Non-Conductive Silicone with Spatula for CPU GPU Laptops and Consoles

Thermal paste TD-M15 in a small 1 g syringe is a practical solution for a one-time replacement of the thermal layer between the processor and the cooler. With a thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K, it quickly transfers heat from the processor, graphics chip, or chipset to the cooler. The paste fills microscopic imperfections on both contact surfaces, where otherwise air with very poor thermal conductivity would remain. The result is more effective cooling and lower operating temperatures during gaming, video editing, and general work. The small package is particularly suitable for laptop owners, gaming console users, and home computer users who only change the paste occasionally.

The paste is made on a silicone base without metal particles, making it electrically non-conductive, and there is no risk of short circuits or damage to surrounding components in the event of accidental overflow beyond the chip surface. It requires no curing, and the cooler can be mounted immediately after application. High viscosity ensures that the paste stays in place and, according to the manufacturer, resists drying, cracking, and leaking during prolonged use. It operates over a wide temperature range from -50 to +250 °C and is non-corrosive. According to the manufacturer's table, this package is sufficient for approximately one to five applications depending on chip size.

  • Model – TD-M15
  • Type – thermal paste
  • Thermal Conductivity – 12.4 W/m.K
  • Quantity – 1 g in syringe
  • Base – silicone without metal particles
  • Electrical Conductivity – non-conductive
  • Operating Temperature – from -50 to +250 °C
  • Consistency – thick paste with high viscosity
  • Curing – not required
  • Paste Colour – grey
  • Usage – CPU, GPU, laptops, PS5, Xbox, chipsets, and LED modules
  • Package Contents – syringe with 1 g of thermal paste and plastic spatula for spreading

Before applying, clean the surface of the processor and the base of the cooler from residues of old paste and dirt. Squeeze a small pea-sized drop onto the centre of the chip and use the included spatula to spread it in a thin and even layer across the entire contact surface. Then, place the cooler on top and secure it with even pressure to ensure the paste distributes well. A layer that is too thick will not improve cooling, so only a small amount is necessary. Store the paste sealed in a dry place and out of reach of children. We recommend combining the paste replacement with cleaning the cooler and fan from dust, as clogged cooling fins significantly worsen performance.

Thermal paste TD-M15 in a 1 g package is an economical choice for a single paste replacement in a laptop, console, or desktop computer. A thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K helps reduce the temperatures of the processor and graphics card and limits fan noise. The metal particle-free formulation is safe even for beginners changing paste for the first time. With the included plastic spatula, you can create an even layer without any additional tools. The small syringe fits into any computer maintenance toolkit.
