Overview
Thermal Conductive Paste for Processor GD900 15 g in Syringe Thermal Conductivity 4.8 W/m.K Non-Conductive Without Metals Grey For CPU GPU Laptops and PS4

The syringe with 15 g of GD900 thermal conductive paste is designed for replacing paste between the processor or graphics card and the cooler. The paste fills microscopic cavities on both surfaces, where otherwise air would remain, allowing heat from the chip to transfer to the cooler more smoothly. It contains carbon micro-particles and its thermal conductivity reaches 4.8 W/m.K. It is suitable for AMD and Intel processors, graphics cards, chipsets, and laptops. You can also use it in gaming consoles PS4 and Xbox.

The composition is free of metallic particles, the paste is electrically non-conductive and non-capacitive. When applying, there is no risk of short circuit, even if a small amount rubs off onto surrounding components on the board. The smooth consistency makes spreading easy, and even those who have never changed paste before can manage the application. The paste is dispensed smoothly from the syringe, and the dosage can be easily estimated. The larger volume of 15 g is convenient when regularly cleaning multiple computers at home or taking care of laptops and consoles. The grey colour of the paste contrasts well with the metallic surface of the chip, so you can easily see whether the layer covers the entire area. The plastic syringe with a plunger is comfortable to hold in hand, and after placing the cap on, you can safely store it with other tools.

  • Type – silicone thermal conductive paste GD900
  • Thermal Conductivity – 4.8 W/m.K
  • Filler – carbon micro-particles, without metals
  • Electrical Properties – electrically non-conductive and non-capacitive
  • Paste Colour – grey
  • Packaging – syringe with plunger and red cap
  • Suitable for – AMD and Intel CPUs, GPUs, VGAs, chipsets and LEDs
  • Devices – desktop computers, laptops and PS4 and Xbox consoles
  • Contents – 1 syringe with 15 g of GD900 thermal conductive paste

The procedure is simple. First, wipe off any remnants of old paste from the chip and the base of the cooler and clean the surface. Then, apply a small amount of paste to the centre of the chip and spread it with a spatula or another flat tool into a thin layer across the entire area. The manufacturer recommends a layer approximately as thick as an A4 sheet of paper. A layer that is too thick will not improve heat dissipation, so it is advisable to apply a smaller amount instead. Finally, reattach the cooler, tighten it evenly, and close the syringe with the cap.

The GD900 paste in a 15 g package is a practical choice for maintaining computers, laptops, and gaming consoles where you want to restore quality heat transfer from the chip to the cooler. Carbon micro-particles in the grey silicone paste ensure good thermal conductivity and the non-conductive composition adds safety when working with electronics. The syringe allows for precise dosing of the paste without unnecessary mess. Thanks to its easy spreading, even a beginner can apply it. The paste is suitable for AMD and Intel processors as well as for graphics cards.
