Overview
TD-M15 Thermal Paste 30 g in Large Syringe 12.4 W/m.K Non-Conductive Silicone with Spatula for CPU GPU Laptop and Console Servicing

The thermal paste TD-M15 in a large 30 g syringe is designed for anyone who frequently changes paste in larger quantities. The thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K ensures rapid heat transfer from the processor or graphics chip to the cooler. The paste fills microscopic irregularities between the chip surface and the cooler base, replacing air gaps that conduct heat poorly. As a result, temperatures drop under load, performance remains stable, and fans do not need to run at full speed. Large packaging is appreciated by repair shops, technical workshops, and enthusiasts who regularly assemble and upgrade computers.

The silicone paste contains no metal particles and is electrically non-conductive, so there is no risk of short circuits during application, even near small components around the chip. It does not require curing, allowing you to switch on the device immediately after installing the cooler. Its thick consistency with high viscosity makes it easy to spread into a thin, even layer. According to the manufacturer, the paste resists drying, cracking, and leaking, and is non-corrosive. The operational temperature range is from -50 to +250 °C. The manufacturer states that the 30 g syringe is sufficient for more than 35 applications.

  • Model – TD-M15
  • Type – thermal paste
  • Thermal Conductivity – 12.4 W/m.K
  • Quantity – 30 g in syringe
  • Base – silicone without metal particles
  • Electrical Conductivity – non-conductive
  • Operating Temperature – from -50 to +250 °C
  • Consistency – thick paste with high viscosity
  • Curing – not required
  • Paste Colour – grey
  • Usage – CPU, GPU, laptops, PS5, Xbox, chipsets, and LED modules
  • Package Contents – syringe with 30 g of thermal paste and plastic spatula for spreading

Before applying new paste, remove any remnants of old paste from the chip and cooler base and thoroughly clean both surfaces. Squeeze a small pea-sized dot onto the centre of the processor or graphics chip and spread it into a thin layer over the entire contact surface using the included spatula. Place the cooler on top and secure it with even pressure to allow the paste to spread without bubbles. Using more paste will not improve cooling; in fact, it may worsen heat transfer. Close the syringe after use and store it in a dry place out of reach of children. During servicing, it is also advisable to clean the fans and cooler fins, as dust obstructs airflow, causing temperatures to rise even with quality paste.

The TD-M15 thermal paste in a 30 g syringe is an economical supply for workshops, repair shops, and experienced users who regularly maintain cooling. The conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K helps keep lower temperatures for the processor and graphics card during gaming, rendering, and other demanding tasks. Non-conductive silicone base is safe for electronics and does not require curing. The included spatula makes it easy to create a thin and even layer. The paste is suitable for desktop computers, laptops, PS5, Xbox, and LED modules.
