Replace the filter and sponge regularly; with the supply in the package, you always have a replacement on hand. Occasionally remove the pump, disassemble it, and rinse it, especially when the water flow decreases. You can wash the entire fountain, except for the pump and filters, in the dishwasher. Place the fountain on a flat surface a little away from the food bowl to prevent kibble from falling into the water. The removable T-shaped outlet can be easily detached for cleaning and just as easily reattached after washing.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
