A set of two sprouting lids with mesh and a stand transforms wide-mouth jars into simple home sprouters. The lids are made from stainless steel 304 and have a diameter of 9 cm. Each lid comes with an attached wire stand, which allows the jar to be positioned at an angle neck down so that excess water drains away after rinsing. Therefore, no separate stand or drainer is required. The package includes two lids, allowing you to sprout two types of seeds simultaneously.
Sprouting in a jar is a popular way to have fresh shoots at home within a few days. You place the seeds in the jar, cover them with water, and screw on the mesh lid. After soaking, you drain the water through the fine mesh, turn the jar upside down, and rest it on the wire stand. This allows air to reach the sprouts while excess water drains out. The lid has a height of 1.65 cm and the stand measures approximately 6 x 6.5 cm, ensuring the jar remains stable and does not take up much space. You only need to add a small amount of seeds to the jar, as they significantly increase in volume during sprouting. The stand is part of the lid, so you do not need to move it anywhere or search for a suitable base when rinsing.

Repeat rinsing as needed for the type of seeds, usually morning and evening. Keep the jar with sprouts out of direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area. You can place a small plate or cloth under the neck to catch any last drops of water. After sprouting, rinse the lids with warm water, remove any residue from the mesh with a soft brush, and let them dry thoroughly. This way, they will be ready for the next batch of seeds. Handle the mesh carefully to avoid damaging the fine mesh and ensure it holds even tiny seeds well. Store the lids in a dry place along with other sprouting tools.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
