Replacing the mat takes only a moment. Remove the old mat from the platter, place the new one with the grooved side facing up, and fit it onto the spindle through the central hole. Then, simply place the record and start playback. When dust or fingerprints settle on the mat, rinse it with water, allow it to air dry, and return it to the platter. The silicone is wear-resistant, so the mat will withstand frequent fitting and regular cleaning. During playback, it protects the underside of the record from scratches caused by the platter. If you are not using the mat, store it flat to maintain its shape and ensure it sits well on the platter. Silicone does not require any special treatments; for regular maintenance, clean water and a soft cloth are sufficient.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
