The process is simple. Remove the inner insert and pour water into the silicone container to a height of about two to two and a half rows of compartments. Then slowly slide the insert back in and gently press it down to the bottom, allowing the water to spread into all the compartments. Place the tray in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours. After freezing, let it stand for a few minutes at room temperature, remove the insert, and release the cubes directly into a glass or bowl by squeezing the silicone wall from different sides. In addition to water, you can freeze juice or cola and prepare flavoured cubes for smoothies and summer drinks.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
