Before bathing or showering, place the strainer over the drain so that the holes sit above the drain grid. During showering, water flows through the holes and hair is caught on the top side of the cover, where it is easily visible. After use, lift the cover by the edge, wipe the hair into the waste bin, and rinse the strainer under running water. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
