To apply the stop, simply insert the earring into the ear and slide it onto the post from behind until it reaches the earlobe, with the wider side facing the ear. When removing, gently pull it back and store it with the earrings. The stops can be washed in lukewarm water and left to air dry. You can transfer part of the supply into a small jewellery box and keep the rest in the bag, where the stops will remain clean and together.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
