To apply the stopper, simply slide it onto the post after inserting the earring into the ear, pushing it back to the earlobe. When removing, gently slide it back off and store it with the earrings. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
