To use the stopper, simply slide it onto the post after inserting the earring into the ear, pushing it back to the earlobe. When removing, gently slide it back off and store it with the earrings. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
