To fit the stopper, simply insert the earring into the ear and slide it onto the post from the back up to the earlobe, with the wider side facing the ear. When removing, just carefully slide it back and store it with the earrings. The stoppers can be washed in lukewarm water and left to air dry. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
