To apply the stopper, simply insert the earring into the ear and slide it onto the post from behind until it reaches the earlobe, with the wider side towards the ear. When removing, gently slide it back off and store it with the earrings. The stoppers can be washed in lukewarm water and left to air dry. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
