Silent linear switches TTC Frozen V2 are designed for mechanical keyboards where you want a smooth action without a tactile bump and the quietest keystroke possible. This is the second generation of the Frozen model, which features both upper and lower housings made of transparent plastic, along with a white-silver spring and contact leaf inside. The switches have 3 pins and a cross stem of the MX type, allowing you to fit standard keycaps. The actuation force is just 39 gf, making the keys easy to press and reducing finger fatigue even during prolonged typing. The set includes 90 switches, which can equip a keyboard with up to ninety keys, such as a TKL layout with 87 keys.
Dampening is provided by a ring on the stem and a pad at the bottom of the switch, which softens the impact of the key when pressed and when it returns to its original position. The transparent housing, along with the light guide inside the switch, allows the RGB backlighting of the keyboard to shine through, dispersing light throughout the entire key. The pre-travel distance is 2.0 mm and the total travel distance is 3.5 mm, resulting in a short and consistent action throughout. The manufacturer states a lifespan of 50 million keystrokes, ensuring the switches can withstand even intense daily typing and gaming.

Before replacing, ensure that your keyboard supports MX type switches with 3 pins, whether in hot-swap sockets or soldered onto the board. Before inserting, check that the pins are not bent, and if necessary, carefully straighten them. Insert the switch perpendicularly and without excessive force to avoid bending or breaking the pins. Attach keycaps straight onto the cross stem and use a suitable puller when removing them. Until you install the switches in the keyboard, store them in a dry place and protect them from dust.
The TTC Frozen V2 switches are suitable for typing in the office, in shared spaces, or at home when you do not want to disturb others with loud clicking. The linear action without a click and tactile bump will be appreciated by gamers and those who type a lot on the keyboard. Ninety pieces will cover a keyboard with up to 90 keys, and with a TKL layout of 87 keys, three switches will remain as a spare. How do I return goods?
