The Outemu Silent Peach V3 silent linear switches are designed for mechanical keyboards where you want a smooth operation without a tactile bump and the lowest possible noise while typing. This is an improved third generation of the Silent Peach model with reinforced pins that are less prone to bending or breaking. The switches feature 5 pins and can be inserted into standard hot-swap sockets or soldered. Inside, there is a new dampening silicone strip that ensures the sound of the keystroke does not exceed 35 dB. The package contains 90 switches, allowing you to equip a keyboard without a numeric keypad, with several spare switches left over.
The switch has a stem made of POM and a translucent top and bottom housing made of PA66, which, thanks to a light guide with a transparency of 95 %, highlights the RGB backlighting of the keyboard. The switches are factory lubed, so the operation is smooth right out of the box and no additional adjustments are necessary. The extended spring, measuring 21 mm in length, ensures a quick return of the key to its original position, while the dust wall inside the housing increases stability compared to the previous version, and the manufacturer claims a lifespan of 50 million keystrokes. The new dampening material effectively absorbs sound, but the operation is slightly stiffer than in the older version.

Before replacing, ensure that the keyboard has hot-swap sockets with holes for the switch pins; they are not compatible with socket types that are not hot-swap. The pins are thicker than those of older Outemu switches, so they may not fit into the silver hot-swap sockets of Outemu. Before inserting into the keyboard, check that the pins are not bent, and if necessary, carefully straighten them. When replacing, proceed gently and insert the switch vertically to avoid bending the pins.
The Outemu Silent Peach V3 switches are suitable for typing in the office, in shared spaces, or at home when you do not want to disturb those around you with loud clicking sounds. The linear action with an operating force of 40 ± 10 gf is light and even throughout the entire travel distance without a tactile bump or click. The pack of 90 pieces is sufficient for a full keyboard without a numeric keypad, including several spare pieces in case of damage. The translucent pink housing with a yellow stem gives the keyboard a distinctive appearance and looks even better with backlighting. Thanks to the factory lubrication and dampening, the switches are ready to use immediately after unpacking.

How do I return goods?
