Before drawing, ensure the surface of the plastic is clean and dry so that the colour adheres well and does not smudge. First, colour in the entire design, then carefully cut it out with scissors along the outline, and only then heat the cut shape. If you want to hang the finished product, make a hole for a ring or chain in the design before heating. Rings and chains are not included in the package. When heating, children should craft under the supervision of an adult. Store unused sheets flat in a dry place away from heat sources to keep them flat and ready for further crafting.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
