Shrink plastic in a pack of 20 sheets is designed for anyone who enjoys creating their own small decorations, charms, and jewellery. The plastic is transparent, allowing you to place a template underneath and easily trace the outline with a pencil. After drawing and colouring the motif, you cut it out, optionally punch a hole in it, and place it in the oven, where the plastic shrinks when heated. Each sheet has two different sides. The matte side is textured, making it easy to draw on with pencils and crayons, while the other side is smooth and glossy. The process is simple. First, draw or trace the motif on the matte side, then colour it in and carefully cut it out. If you want to hang the product later on a chain or ring, punch a hole in it before baking. As it heats, the motif shrinks, so draw it larger than the final product should be. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
